  Traditional Japanese tabi boots with a wa style, edgy street make over. This gorgeous pair of hand created traditional navy blue, mid calf Tabi toe boots have been given authentic Wa treatment by Honmonoya. The inside of the Ichiban Tabi have been lined with rich blue Japanese fabric showing off the Honmonoya red label. The fabric has red and white Japanese kanji meaning number one adult. These boots can be worn at full length or folded down to show the funky inner lining. These Japanese tabi boots fasten at the back from the heel to mid calf with 12 clasps each with a Japanese kanji on them meaning - The power of a King. The clasps can be hooked at three different widths to expand or contract the fit of the boot. The outside of the boots feature a hand stitched vintage piece of Japanese fabric with red, silver and blue stitching as well as Japnese seed beads and sequins. Superior quality, gorgeous style and a one-of-a-kind pair. Reconstructed in Japan.
