CIBO Naturals pestos are super-tasty and made from healthy ingredients. Truth be told, I eat these pestos more as dips than as sauces for pasta. They taste great w/raw baby carrots or Finn Rye Crisps. If you like sardines (which I know are not for everyone, these pestos are a great compliment to them as well.)

Personally, I like the Classic Basil and Sun Dried Tomato Pestos the best. Both pestos are made w/olive oil (a key anti-inflammatory/anti-oxidant) and walnuts (which are the king of super healthy nuts)

I think these pestos make a great snack because if you dip a few crisps or carrots into them, you get filled up pretty quickly from all the oil/fat in them, but it is all healthy ingredients and you will probably eat less than if you nosh on more empty calorie but low fat stuff like potato chips
