Never, never, ever use that faux lime juice concoctions in your margaritatinis. You owe it to your tastebuds and to your vigilant battle against scurvy.
What I recommend here are key limes, which are ever-so slightly sweeter than regular limes. Also, they're cuter.
Also, does it strike anyone else as bizarre that you can order fresh limes from Amazon? I feel compelled to point at my screen and say, "Look, it's the future."

Key limes are sweeter than big limes and easier to use (they tend to be softer). Use fresh squeezed key lime juice for your margaritas everytime.
