Good thing you can ALWAYS count on them!

      try 6 tbsp lemon, 1-2 tbsp grade b maple syrup, and 1/10 tsp cayenne... spicy, slightly sweet... SO DELICIOUS!

      hey that sounds like that cleanse diet! Yeah, not so hot for that... being that I don't take HOT very well, but I'll trust ya! I only did this with breakfast.

      it's the master cleanse. if you leave out the cayenne it makes a super tasty/healthy lemonade!
