These exercise bands are cheap, easily to transport, and will accommodate any size person or any level of strength. It's the most versatile and convenient way to tone muscle and keep in shape. There are hundreds of exercises you can do from the comfort of your own home with these bands. And don't be fooled by the small size and simple structure of these exercise bands. If used properly and with enough repetition they will kick your butt. I highly recommend them.

These are a great tool for working out. You can turn your living room into a strength and conditioning zone with a simple resistance band like this! There are so many exercises you can do with them to strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders, and legs. Cheap, easy, and versatile - my kind of workout prop.
*They come in different colors which indicate their strength - so pick wisely!
