This exercise bike connects to the Playstation and Playstation 2. I'm sure in the near future it will be compatible with the Playstation 3 as well. You can get an adaptor so that it will work with XBox and Gamecube.
The bike works with most of the racing type games. You use your body to control things like speed, steering and turning. If you have multiple Game Bikes and a multitap connector, up to four people can play, depending on the game rules.
I'm thinking this is going to be a great way to trick my daughter into exercising.
