This pasta is made in Italy from top quality 100% semolina, which is kneaded with pure water from the valleys of Molise, Italy. The dough is then extruded through bronze dies and lastly, skillfully dried with a static process at very low temperatures. This slow drying process maintains the artisanal tradition of Molise.
