Caramel Corn Quakes | Quaker Rice Snacks
Rice cakes get a bad reputation. They aren't little discs of cardboard like everyone says, they are delicious. I love Quakes the only downside is that they are seriously addicting. One serving is only 60 calories but its hard to stop after one AND they have sugar in them so be careful. They are good if you want something sweet- they are much better for you than a Snickers bar.
It's hard to eat whatever you want for 9 months and then start eating really healthy again. I mean where's are the sweets and treats right??
