This eyeliner gets some piss poor reviews but I am known for my smoky eye make up and this is why. Yes it will fade and smudge as quickly as you put it on..UNLESS your a smart smokey eyed tramp who use a thinner long lasting eyeliner as a base and then just smudge this all around. Wam bam..thank you ma'am.
