Pacwind had problems, the founder died and the Daughter had problems with her husband. The company sold the IP to WePOWER and WePower is a great company delvering a good product. They have a great team and will never let you down, they stand by thier products.

You might want to reconsider having PacWind named on your site.

Ed Begley is no longer associated with them and one of their distributors took $12,400 from me and never installed the system and it doesn't appear the company Z-Tech their distributor or Pacwind care.

They dissolved PacWind Technology LLC to avoid a law suit. They claim PacWind Inc and PacWind Technology LLC are 2 separate companies and PacWind Tech LLC hired all of their distributors / dealers hence the reason for dissolving that company.

See my site for details. Some of the information was provided by Ken Johnson former VP of business development for PacWind. He also stated that the system does not work as PacWind suggests.

This company is in turmoil at this point and if you need any additional information I would be happy to see if Ken Johnson would talk to you.

This is from their former house counsel Russell Kurtz:

You are welcome to advise the CA Attorney General's Office that I am available as a witness and that they may contact me. I am bound by the attorney client relationship, but I must of course truthfully and honestly respond to any government inquiries as to my personal knowledge regarding consumer complaints if I am contacted by any such agencies.

Beware PacWind. I paid them in full, over $8,000, for a turbine system nearly a year ago. They have lied to me at least 10 times about a due date and now will not even return my phone calls. I filed complaints with the California BBB and Attorney General's office and to date they have not responded to the agency inquiries. It looks like these scam artist have cheated me out of over $8,000. Do not let this happen to you. Don't say you haven't been warned.

WePower is not PacWind, they only bought IP and did not take on the past issues of Pacwind. They have been shipping and have only been upfront.

WePOWER is a great company with products that work. The team you can count on.
