this is perfect for my needs! i don't grow my own (at least not at the moment), but i love fresh herbs too much to go without.

this works great. i bought one to save fresh herbs from my boyfriends roofdeck in my manhattan refrigerator. got dill, basil, mint and parsley last week and it is fresh like on the first day!!

It would be nice to buy some parsley or cilantro and not have it turn into a science experiment before I can use it in a second recipe.

Well...I like the idea of keeping things fresh, but if you want fresh herbs, why not just keep a herb plant growing on your kitchen windowsill and use what you want? You've got the benefits of it scrubbing the indoor air and brightening the place up. And the herbs you want are effortlessly fresh any time you need them.

Herbs last longer,up to three weeks,with this slim yet roomy storage case. I think this is a really good idea. I always get soft and yellowish herbs in my fridge.
