When I need fresh herbs for a recipe, there's always a ton left over. This fabulous gadget has a small well in the bottom for water to keep the herbs fresh and healthy, while the lid protects it from drying out. you can just put herbs in a glass of water and it does the same thing! just make sure to cut stems and change water. my parsley lasts for weeks and sprouts roots.

Well...I like the idea of keeping things fresh, but if you want fresh herbs, why not just keep a herb plant growing on your kitchen windowsill and use what you want?
