I came across these necklaces at ABC here in NYC. Handcrafted by the Masaai women of Kenya, Zulugrass necklaces & bracelets provide much needed & desired work opportunity for these women & their families. Long grass is dried, cut into beads, dyed, & then strung with intermittent Czech glass beads. Order from the animal rescue site and help provide food for animals living in shelters.
