Peace Industry felt rugs – which are made using no chemicals or toxins – are not woven, but pressed. The process stems from a traditional Iranian rug-making technique, which was a disappearing art until Melina and Dodd Rassina launched their company in 1999. At Peace Industry, the entire felting process is done by hand using the highest quality wool and vegetable dyes, ensuring each piece is unique. Naturally stain-resistant, these wool rugs will soften and brighten over time. Made in Iran.
