  I'll start by saying that I make a Carrot Cake that has more friends than I do on Facebook. Seriously, I do make a killer carrot cake and I would not be able to put a smile on the faces of my friends, family, and co-workers if I didn't own a Delonghi DSM-5 5 quart stand mixer. This is actually my second stand mixer. My first was a Viking stand 5 quart and it was literally possessed by the Devil. It would randomly jump to maximum speed spraying my and my kitchen with whatever was in the mixing bowl. My Delonghi DSM-5 not only looks great, but works perfectly. The best part is the ingredient chute that comes with the mixer. The chute makes it sooo easy to get ingredients into the mixing bowl without having to stop the mixer and raise the beater out of the bowl. I love this mixer!!
