You know how you can go forever without ever hearing about something, and then all of a sudden everyone's talking about it? That's the story of me and White Flower. Apparently it's so good for relieving muscle aches and pains, but I'll be more likely to use it to clear up my sinuses the next time I get all sniffly and sneezy. (via Ideal Bite)
