    Jonathan, I bought the 1gb mp3/mp4 player for my son for Christmas but have been unable to download any music to it. I have asked but no one seems to have the answer. I saw the sight and was hoping that maybe you could help. Please note that this is are first attempt with such technology. Not totally dumb but on the border.
