The spa scent of this scrub relaxes you right away....but more importantly, we need to regularly buff our bodies with some scrubs to get rid of the dead skin (eww gross I know, but it's the truth!)

This is one of the best scrubs I've used, probably because it uses coarse salt, and it smells great. The benefits of at least a once a week scrub is that your skin is more radiant over all, because you let the new skin through, it's softer, and you know all those scars we get sometimes, body scrubs encourage our skin to regenerate faster = scars disappear quicker.

For the best results, scrub when dry, rinse, use a moisturizing soap (like dove) and then moisturize with body butter. This regimen will keep you nice and soft.
