Not quite as well known as it's counterpart, the Perfect Pushup, but every bit as revolutionary. The rotating handles allow you to engage more muscles while reducing strain on your joints. The adjustable swing arm provides new and exciting exercise options never before possible from a single pullup bar. You can perform pullups and chin-ups in the same exercise, maximizing muscle recruitment. And with the swing arm rotated out, beginners can work their way up to full pullups by doing standing rows and Australian Pullups.

The Perfect Pullup is great for anyone of any fitness level. It fits any door frame from 27" to 36" wide. It can be easily removed when not in use, and you can close your door while it is installed. When installed according to the instructions AND in a structurally sound doorway, the handles will support exercisers up to 300 lbs.
