I dont have the time or money to go to the gym, and I can't afford a personal trainer, but most families have a Playstation 2 or an Xbox. This is a virtual personal trainer that you can workout with in the privacy of your own home.
The workouts vary over time, there are many music selections and scenery choices, and there is even a "meditation garden" for yoga workouts to use as a fun relxing cool down, or low impact, late night stretch.
For $40, isn't it a small price to pay for getting healthy. You'll be surprised how much you like Yourself!Fitness.
