Having a cookie sheet or 2 is key when carving pumpkins so you can roast the seeds. I just rinse em off and dust some salt on them ... roast for say 20minutes and go to town.

You can do just about anything on these baking sheets: bake cookies, roast a chicken, bake brownies or whip up a batch of homemade granola. They are versatile and impossible to destroy (and they come in sets of two, so if you do happen to burn one, there's always a second in reserve).
