Do you ever wonder what it'd be like to have vampires living amongst us? I do -- ahem, I did and this is exactly it. Dangerous and drama filled.

Love Love Love! Granted, the show is not as good as the books it is based on, but a different take is always welcomed. The show is based on the novels by Charlaine Harris. They are referenced as the Southern Vampire Mysteries: Sookie Stackhouse novels. I enjoyed both reading the books and watching the show. Plus, Alexander Skarsgard whom plays Eric Northman is super gorge! Not for the faint at heart. Can be a tad bit bloody (duh!) and everyone always has sex (but it is HBO afterall). I say the only downside is that it is on HBO, and I'm a poor college student and can't afford HBO so I have to wait for the dvd collections for each season...otherwise...check it out!

Since my usual shows have gone on haitus, I stumbled upon this and OMG IT IS AMAZING. granted, i've always had a slight "thing" for vampires (kind of like some boys are obsessed with pirates, whatever, can't explain it, but it was in me before robert pattison was born), but i've never been the biggest alan ball fan - its so amazing- watch one episode and i promise you'll be hooked!
