Boiled eggs and fresh hard rolls with lots of butter are served all over Europe for breakfast especially in Pensions and Gasthaus's. These delightful dishes remind me of some of the egg holders my eggs have been served in many of those places. I like these because there's a place for the top of the egg to rest after it's been sliced off.

Plain, simple, classy egg cups with the extra benefit of having space to rest the top portion of the egg. Love it!
