I saw this in Bed Bath & Beyond after a friend reccomended. Its these food managemnt discs. I tried them and I did lose 7 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks and ate my own food. I just read about them in USA Today and they said they are the next new thing. They are really cute as well.

I found this new hot product online after a friends recomendation. I have tried all the fad diets in the book and this product is truely remarkable! This product allows me to eat my own food with the help of these food management discs. It's so easy! I've lost 4 pounds in a week and a half!!!!

I bought this product last week to help me prepare the proper size meals for myself and my family. Myself my husband and my son could all afford to drop a few pounds. But what i relized on the first day that I used this product is that I have been serving my family probably double what they should be eating. Its great you can even cut your food right on the discs because they double as a cutting board. How smart they are. Hopefully this helps us all loose some weight, but most of all it has deff put us on the road to living a healthire life. I LOVE IT. I am soooo glad I am so glad I found this. PS It came soooooo quickly

My friend told me about portionpals and read about them in USA Today. I ordered them about 2 weeks ago - LOVE THEM!!! They are so cute and reaaly help with the portion sized food I want to eat (I love making my own food). I use with my Jenny Craig diet when I want to go out plus I found that they even double as cutting boards. Only negative is I wish they had more discs but you cant beat the price and the quality is great.
