This dress is simple chic. It has a bold color block design that is strategically place from the top shoulder and continues down past the waist. It finally rest at the hem of the dress and adds so much definition. This is really clever because it gives a slimming effect that works well for concealing (if need be ) the hips as well as the tummy area. Pure Genius!!
