Follow up book to Skinny Bitch. I saw this rummaging through books in Santa Barbara. Recipes from PMS (Pissy Mood Snacks) to Happy Endings (Desserts), SBITK is an excellent guide to delicious, nutritious and easy to make meals.

in love with the PMS (Pissy Mood Snacks) chapter, sure to help you ease into veganism by allowing you to eat your crappy junk food. I'm well on my way to becoming a skinny bitch. With the help of this book I've been meat/dairy/refined sugars - free for 6 weeks. not to mention, much more energized and 10 lbs lighter. (via Elizabeth, my sister)
