Marimekko, the Finnish textile and clothing design company has been putting to cotton amazing works of art by a slew of great artists. Those 'in the know' have seen Marimekko prints for a long time. Recently some new designs along with the classics are in the spotlight again.

During Fall 2005, Crate & Barrel used yard upon yard of hanging Marimekko fabric in their stores to cast the right mood. They repeated this concept a few times since and now carry a line of bedding with these absolutely irresistible patterns.

The more fun lumimarja pattern is on Crate & Barrel's chic and modern CB2 site while versatile prints like the kukkula and stateella/nora can be found on the main C&B site and their stores.
