This is what I used to the micron pen on. The small one is the best since I keep it in my back pocket. There's also a little pocket inside the sketch book. My friend said that the old artist that the classic artist that used this book would stash weed in there, but that's what he did.

I keep looking for something that is as handy, and versatile, but i just haven't found anything that comes close to the experience of using a Moleskine Pocket Sketch Book.
