Tights. It seemed that for quite some time they were forbidden. Really anything on your legs was forbidden, which was a bold move considering a.) winter’s bone-chilling temperatures, and b.) legs without summer suntans can be frightful. But thanks to the comeback of a familiar accessory your legs will be a little warmer this year. Black tights keep not-so-slimming (no matter how dark they are) sweater dresses to a monochromatic look and keep you comfortable in shorter hemlines. They’re even showing up paired with cocktail dresses. And they’re the perfect modest wardrobe update for those of us who refuse to buy into leggings as anything other than gym wear. (via SheFinds)
