Over the years I've thrown away a lot of cds because they got scratched and had a skip in them. No more, my friends, no more!
The Skip-Away Repair System uses a combination of heat and pressure to recondition the surface of damaged discs without using messy polishing pastes and without removing any disc material. I'm not too concerned with how it works, just that it fixes my cds. But, for those of you interested, here's how the process works.
Insert a disc for repair, it's protective plastic layer is heated, the disc becomes malleable, and finally, pressure is applied to repair the discs damaged surface. It's fully automated and only takes 3 minutes to fix a disc.
Includes buffing wheel, coolant cartridge and AC adapter. Discs not included.
Not compatible with Blu Ray Discs.
