I have always been a huge fan of skinny cow ice cream sandwiches. They are so delicious and not that terrible for you. I usually get the cookies and cream and like it a lot but last week I got the strawberry shortcake kind and I am in LOVE. These are so flippin good, its craziness. Craziness. You won't even be able to tell that its "diet" ice cream. Go get these.
