If you have problem skin and have trouble finding a base makeup that doesn't break your skin out, i definitely recommend Clinique superbalanced makeup. it is light on your skin, doesn't create a 'shine' after a few hours and best of all, I have had no breakouts since using it. Comes in a wide selection of shades so I'm sure you can find the shade that compliments your skin tone best

My favorite foundation. Clean, natural finish and available in a variety of shades. And this stuff will go on for the day without caking or streaking as the hours go by. Always a plus in my book.
