These are the coolest candles I've seen...ever! You feed a little bit of the wax through the clamp, and when that wax has burned down, the candle extinguishes itself. But in addition to a safer burn, you get the funky look that they offer. I think this candle is equal parts Little House on the Prairie and modern loft - the perfect combo, in my opinion :) They're also available in a ton of other shapes and sizes...check 'em out!
