I find myself using trivets quite often in the kitchen and these are so beautiful, you'll want to keep them on display all the time. Place them on the kitchen table so that hot dishes won't mar the surface. Also have some near the stove and oven when removing cookware. I would use a small easel to display one on the counter top when not in use.
