I'm not a vegetarian, but I've got weird phobias about cooking meat. "Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone" is one of the few cookbooks that's inspired me to whip up something other than veggie stir-fry night after night (although, sadly, my copy was stolen a while back by an evil ex-roommate - it's just that good).
