Sure, the story continuity is pretty thin from episode to episode. Yeah, the episode formula is the same every time. No, it nowhere close to believable. However, Hugh Lourie's performance is, truly, one of a kind and makes the show, not only watchable, but also always enjoyable.

This is one of the better shows on TV. I just love how Hugh Laurie plays the character of House. It is a brilliant performance every episode. Can you believe this is the same guy from The Black Adder?

Of all the hospital or doctor shows on the air right now I'd have to say I enjoy House the best! It's not as serious as other shows and a whole lot less lovey-dovey drama full! House has exactly the personality I could appreciate! Very smartly written and completely competitive!
