Recycled Billboard Shower Curtain
I can't imagine why you'd buy any other snoozy shower curtain from your local discount store when you can have a piece of recycled art and history as your shower curtain. More than 600,000 billboards are produced each year, usually only to be used for 3 months or less. Designer Nicole Freegard started turning these expired billboard posters (usually destined for the landfills) into shower curtains to bring attention to this issue and to show people new ways to reuse materials. The best part is that no two shower curtains are alike, and they are handmade by war refugees in Tuscon, Arizona.
Advertise your love for eco-friendly products with a unique and colorful shower curtain made of recycled billboards. Due to the recycled nature of this product, no two are alike. The shower curtain is made from two different billboards and sewn together. Silver grommet rings. Hooks not included. Handmade in Tucson, Arizona by Iraqi and Afghani refugees.
