It reminded me of this spray make-up collection I saw in Paris and even then I thought it was really awesome." "The effect was impressive. It blended beautifully with the skin and created a smooth translucent layer that even the skin tone and all. The only thing we would disagree with the product description at Sephora is that it did not diminish the appearance of skin irregularities. We felt that it actually emphasized the pores on our face. Maybe we should’ve put on some primer beforehand…....so I’m still considering it."

I'm really offened that this product does not come in darker colors.

I am a “newbie” to spray foundations, but have read about them for a few years now and have always loved the idea in theory. I now know that with a product like Dior’s AirFlash, I can in fact easily achieve a very natural, flawless, beautiful look with a spray foundation product. First I applied a good moisturizer with SPF first (or sometimes a hydrating primer), and eye cream, and then apply any serums/blemish products that I may have needed that day. Here is how I applied the product for the most natural finish (please read carefully!) –I pulled my hair back away from my face (you may also wish to put on a simple plastic cap as well), I shook the can about 5x and then sprayed it lightly across the cheeks and bridge of my nose, and then blended it in with a dry sponge (a foundation brush can also be used). As a last step, I lightly sprayed a tiny amount on my forehead and chin and blended it in. The coverage was excellent and I liked that I could layer it as necessary to cover a few discolorations and scars on my cheeks/forehead. I used the Honey 400, a perfect match for my skin tone. It was the perfect amount of coverage, just where I need it. Oh, and I didn't ever break out! This was also perfect for days when I wanted to add a little lip color, mascara and eye liner and run out the door yet still look very put together. I also wanted a product that would be easy to apply perfectly with a flawless finish, and that would photograph well for many events that I attend. This delivered on all counts. It made my face look like a perfectly airbrushed magazine makeup ad. No need to even set it with powder. One blot with a blotting sheet was enough to keep it perfect for my evenings out. My skin looked like satin. Yes, it's a luxury purchase but absolutely worth it for fabulous looking skin!

I absolutely LOVE the foundation spray. I actually find myself hoping it is selling well because if Dior stopped production I don't know what I'd do. It takes some time to get used to just the right pressure needed for the spray and foundation application, but once done there's nothing better. It really does not take much to get the proper look - maybe three to four seconds (3 - 4) and it can be done with controlled placement if you want. I use a moisturized tint foundation in between. It feels as thought the spray goes quickly because as compared to liquid foundation. It really takes very little for that perfect, flawless look. I use two fingers to smooth it around just about around the edges or provide a spritz here or there if needed but otherwise it's effortless. I also live in 90 degree heat in Florida and it lasts all day. I only wrote this comment b/c I'm about to order another one for when this one stops. The one caveat is if you have drier skin or older skin a primer is more necessary than usual for that perfect look. Paula Dorf, for example. Try it you'll love it.

SO Exciting is the coverage from the Dior Airflash. Apply with a standard powder brush, spray directly onto brush and buff in circular motions onto skin.
