We ended up choosing this as a guest bed for our spare room, as we have very little space for a full sized bed. We have had four guests now use it, and we ourselves have also slept on it to test it for comfort and have found that it meets the needs we had, to accomodate our guests in comfort while maintaining the slightly modern look of our home office environment. Along with the cover, you can also choose the type of mattress you use with it at Ikea. Love the idea of switching out the cover with a new one eventually to change the look. But for now, we will keep the one we have.

Oh how I love this design! Now that we're renovating and redecorating our family room we're on the hunt for a sofa bed. This takes up very little space, is definitely affordable, and the new cover would be perfect for the colours we have chosen for the room. Of course this cover can be easily interchanged, but I wouldn't mind using this one for a long time.
