There's something really beautiful about ceramics. As opposed to other home decor, they light up a room, make it cheerful and bright. I prefer silly looking ones over stern modern-artsy types of shapes you'd find at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It's just my personality.
This piece is handmade and handpainted by Israeli artist Nathan Halpern.
