The utterly creepy, weird sequel to the Wizard of Oz that was shown a lot on TV in the 90's. It starts out with Dorothy escaping from a mental institution to return to a destroyed Oz, complete with scary men with wheels for hands and feet and a headless queen who chooses her head from a case every day. Really, really frightening.
