My young daughter wanted a fish very badly, but I was not ready for all the maintenance that goes into a conventional fish tank, so when I found this fish bowl I was so excited. Not only is it easy to maintain but it also adds some original decor to her room.

great for a little boy's first fish, my nephew got a siamese fighting fish in one of these and thouroughly enjoyed it. I'd say good for a youngster with supervision and I think these would make an excellent gift as well
