I have absolutely no idea for what a "String Pack" is supposed to be used, but I suspect that this is the fanny-less alternative to the extremely lame "fanny pack." In that case, the Ohio State Buckeyes String Pack is basically a temporary replacement for your handbag to carry whatever little things a fashionable fan must carry with her around the parking lot during the tailgating cocktail hour, as well as into the game. Like cell phone, Scarlet lipstick, and a few lucky buckeyes for rubbing during those tense moments.
