Scotland Yard is one of my favorite games. I was introduced to it by friends when I was staying on their farm years ago. My kids love it, too, even though they aren't quite old enough to play yet.
Here's how it works: One player is Mr. X and the rest are agents from Scotland Yard. Mr. X tries to avoid capture in London and is invisible except for when he must reveal himself at 3 points in the game. All players can move by taxi, bus or subway but the agents have a limited number of each and Mr. X has some secret ways to move.
If you like games, you will love Scotland Yard. If you have a game night with friends, this is the perfect game to add to your group.
