I've always had beautiful skin but when I moved to the Bay Area, this windy weather wreaked havoc on my dry completion. For years, I had to layer a minimum of 3 moisturizers to keep my skin hydrated until I found Origins | Plantidote™ Mega-Mushroom Face Serum. This product immediately (I mean within the first 24 hours) took my dry skin from blah to tah-dah! It soaks into my skin, does its magic and leaves behind a healthy sun-kissed glow. I will admit that I got a severe cause of sticker shock when I first saw the price but this product has more than paid for itself. If you a crave a product that can breathe life into your skin then take it from ME, this serum works!

I really like the idea for this entire line of products. My mother always told me that beauty is the combination of what you put in your body and what you put on it. Having said that, I still wasn't sure that this line of products would really deliver the goods. However, I have to say that this is actually of the the few serums I have tried that actually sinks into my skin, rather than sitting on top of it or creating a slight film.

This serum really does counteract redness and inflammation - even when I'm PMS-y and my skin is super sensitive, this calms it right down. I haven't had any major breakouts since starting this product, and my skin looks clear and glowy. The scent is a very light herbal scent - a lot nicer than I would have expected a mushroom product to smell. I would continue to use this product. (via Palacinka)

Besides being a fan of Dr. Weil's wellness wisdom, I find this product to do wonders for my instant tendency towards blushing (or is it flushing), and works brilliantly as a light moisturizer in the summertime. I have also tried other products in this line, but this is by far my favorite. (via Origins)

I love this line - but this face serum, it is wonderful. I look forward to showering if only because this serum is waiting for me. It's that good.

Smells great, feels great, makes my skin look great.

Amazing product. Helps clear up skin and diminish inflammation. Evens out skin tone and if you're someone who is prone to large, cystic pimples and redness/blushing/flushing--this just may work for you. Really incredible product from an incredible company and doctor. I recommend it despite the fact that it seems expensive---it really lasts.
