I've always been a granola. My parents raised me to eat the healthiest foods and to use the healthiest products. As a result, I never developed a "sweet tooth" and continue to eat mostly organic. Research has shown that organic food reduces pesticides in kids and is free from synthetic materials. Organic fish significantly reduces mercury and toxins in seafood.
If you are a granola like me, check out purelyorganic.org and choose from the wide varieties of food and health products. (via purelyorganic.org)
