As a former restaurant inspector, I can honestly say that I would NEVER eat at a Thai restaurant. The cultural sanitation practices of America goes above and beyond what is done in most countries.

But Thai food is the bomb as is most cuisine from the Orient. If you can duplicate their delicious cuisine in your kitchen, then you are the man. Or woman. This book will get you their. It also helps if you go to your local Asian market to purchase the ingredients.
