when i was training for the marathon my sophomore year in college, i got injured. my time qualified my to run at nationals. i was heartbroken. until my coach told me i'd be running in the water. for half the season i ran in a pool an when the day came for nationals, i kicked ass! so, yes i'm a huge proponant of the auqa jogger for fitness and aerobic superiority.
