I wish I had more words to describe how excited I am for this! I am a person that is always thinking about the value of food. This wonderful scale analyzes your food by calculating calories, carbs, protein, sugar, fat, fiber, sodium, and cholesterol. I would hate to say tha this is pefect for those on a diet, but it is a helpful tool for those trying to have a clear visual idea of what is going into their body. I would recommend this for anyone that is curious about their food and is serious about what goes into the human body.
