It's a all-natural glycerin soap, scented with peppermint oil and infused with CAFFEINE! 200 mg per use to be exact. Four uses per 1.5 oz. bar. The caffeine is absorbed through the skin! Amazing! (via thinkgeek.com)

Aswan's recommendation
The caffeine contained in these bars of soap are absorbed through the skin to provide that extra kick needed in the morning. It doesn't seem to be a hoax as it was featured on NBC, CNN, and other reputable broadcasts. I'd say it's worth a try as it doesn't stain your teeth like coffee.
