KIDCARS by Anne Birgitte Balle + Christine Schwarzer
In the spring of 2004, the design duo RoomMate, alias Christine Schwarzer and Anne Birgitte Balle, decided to create an innovative product line for children. The focus point was to create positive and stimulating settings for creative children's play.
The result is a series of children's furniture with an innovative expression, giving room to play, fantasies and absorption.
KidCars is a series of stuffed foam cars for children. The range consists of a sports car, a convertible, a school bus and a truck with a trailer. The cars are designed for play, but can also be used to sit on, building dens and for romping about.
It is important for us that our products consider the different development stages and needs of the children while being compatible with a modern life style in function and design. The KidCar range is designed for children, but at the same time functions as colourful and charming elements in a grown-up environment.

• made of polyurethane and stuffed with Ecotex-certified high quality cotton from Borås Cotton
• both wear-resistant and dirt repelling
• the upholstery can also be removed and machine washed at 60 degrees Celsius...do not tumble dry, but hang dry
